Summary
A former American O.S.S. agent living in London is caught in a web of intrigue, murder and deceit when a beautiful woman visits him one New Year's Eve, claiming to be a friend of his old boss, Jules Lemoine. He is convinced to smuggle a tape recording, containing defense information, to Paris on Lemoine's behalf. But all is not as it seems, and when Lemoine is murdered, he realizes that a deadly enemy has staged a terrible ruse ... one in which he has taken part, and may not survive
